Shipping policy

 

If you are a bookseller, newsagent, property stylist or just interested in purchasing books in bulk, please register (we'll be notified when you register).  Please also drop us an email with your business name and contact details to books@castlebooks.com.au. 

Once you're registered, you can start browsing our books - your 50% discount will apply to your purchases once you reach the checkout (but please note our minimum order quantity below). We look forward to hearing from you! 

Please note that there is a minimum order requirement of $500 ($1000 before discount). 

SHIPPING 

We offer Australia-wide shipping for just $20 for all orders $500 and over. 

We no longer ship wholesale orders directly to New Zealand. If you wish to purchase wholesale amounts of books, please get in touch and we can help you arrange shipping of your order from our warehouse.  We recommend Book Systems. 

PAYMENT 

We take payment in all major credit cards using Shopify Payments.  Please select Credit Card or Paypal when paying (not On Account, which is for legacy customers). 

DISPATCH TIMES

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-5 business days depending on your location within Australia.  

To New Zealand, we ship every week (the cutoff is Thursday 11am) and the transit time is 7-10 days.

PRICES AND TRANSACTIONS ARE ALL IN AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS

All prices on this website are in Australian Dollars.  All credit card transactions are processed in Australian Dollars, inclusive of 10% GST.

If you are based in New Zealand your order will be inclusive of 15% NZGST.

CUSTOMER SERVICE PROMISE

We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and we endeavour to make sure all products listed on our site are in stock and correctly priced.  If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item or provide you with a refund or an adjusted invoice.

International Customers:  At this time we do not ship internationally.
